This is Phoebe who was rescued by kind people from the Cactus Foundation. She is a remarkable little dog who, inspite of her terrible treatment as a puppy, is still willing to trust humans. Phoebe is a symbol of kindness, compassion and grace.  By purchasing a sculpture of her, you are also contributing to the Cactus Foundation and the amazing work that they do – helping animals in need and educating children about the importance of caring for them.
